This word popped up over and over again on Scott and Kelsey’s wedding day. To each other, from their community, in the way they designed their day.
They picked the evening of the Hunter’s Moon to get married, and as the full moon rose from the desert floor, I heard Scott howling in the distance as I ran over to capture the three of them.
We spent a few minutes enjoying it, as the opposite sky was ablaze with a vibrant orange against the desert cliffs. We’d been up since dawn in this landscape- and something felt so right about watching the sun rise, the sun set, and moon rise on their day. A natural rhythm to things.
It was quiet in this moment. It was meaningful. And it was perfect for these two.
Congrats K+S, it’s been a privilege to create with you two.
